Quotations

All quotations are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. Velfero reserves the right to amend or withdraw quotations.

Agreements

An agreement is concluded once a quotation or order has been confirmed verbally or in writing by both parties.

Delivery and Performance

Velfero will carry out all work to the best of its knowledge and ability. Any stated delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to compensation if exceeded.

Liability

Velfero is only liable for direct damage that can demonstrably be attributed to intent or gross negligence. Any liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.

Warranty

Any warranty applies solely to defects in materials and workmanship and will become void if products have been used incorrectly, modified or insufficiently maintained.

Payment

Invoices must be paid within the payment term stated on the invoice. If this term is exceeded, Velfero reserves the right to charge statutory interest and any applicable collection costs.

Force Majeure

Velfero is not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including breakdowns, extreme weather conditions, government measures or problems with suppliers.

Governing Law

All agreements and services provided by Velfero are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
